Terms and conditions for attendees
1. Acceptance
By accessing, registering or using the Peewah platform to view events, register or purchase/obtain tickets, you accept these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What Peewah is (and what it is NOT)
Peewah is a technology platform that allows Organizers to publish events, manage registrations and, in some cases, process payments through external gateways or providers.
Peewah does NOT organize, produce or control events. The Organizer is solely responsible for:
- the event, its execution, content, logistics and safety,
- the published event information,
- its policies (including the refund policy),
- compliance with applicable regulations (including consumer and data protection).
3. Registration, link/ticket and responsible use
To register for an event you may complete forms and receive a ticket or access link.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information,
- not share your link/ticket if it is personal,
- immediately report unauthorized access to [email protected].
Peewah may block or suspend access if it detects fraudulent use, security risks or breaches of these T&C.
4. Payments, gateways and confirmation
If an event requires payment:
- payment is processed through external gateways and/or providers, under their own terms,
- Peewah may send confirmations and transactional notifications (purchase, ticket, access).
Peewah does not control the internal anti-fraud/chargeback policies of banks or gateways.
5. Refunds, cancellations and consumer disputes
The refund policy is defined by the Organizer and must be available on the event page (or communicated by the Organizer).
If you want a refund or have a dispute about the event (cancellation, changes, Organizer's breach), you must contact the Organizer.
If the Organizer enables it, Peewah may at its discretion facilitate the technical refund process, but the refund decision, the amount and the obligation toward the attendee are the Organizer's responsibility.
6. Conduct and content
It is prohibited to use Peewah for:
- fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, illegal activities,
- uploading or distributing content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy),
- sexually explicit, discriminatory, violent or illegal content,
- attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Peewah may suspend accounts, registrations or access in the event of violations or risks.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, brand and Peewah's own content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform.
8. Availability and warranties
Peewah provides the service "as is" and will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly for causes beyond its control (internet, third parties, force majeure).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peewah will not be liable for:
- the execution of the event or the Organizer's decisions,
- refunds, cancellations or event changes,
- indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss caused by third parties or the user.
None of the above limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
10. Data protection
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. In general: the Organizer is the Controller of event data, and Peewah acts as Processor to provide the technology service, except where Peewah is controller of its own data (account/support/billing).
11. Requests and contact
For information requests, complaints or claims: [email protected]
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of Colombia.
The parties will seek to resolve disputes directly. If that is not possible, disputes may be brought before the competent authorities or courts.

1. Acceptance and scope
By creating an account, publishing events or using features (registration, check-in, payments, communications), you accept these T&C, the Privacy Policy and any commercial annex (plan, proposal, order).
2. Purpose and nature of the service
Peewah grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform to manage events.
The Organizer acknowledges that Peewah is a software provider, not the event organizer, and that the Organizer is responsible for the event and its legal compliance.
3. Organizer's obligations
The Organizer undertakes to:
- publish accurate event information,
- maintain visible contact channels for attendees,
- define and publish its refund/cancellation policy (where applicable),
- comply with consumer protection and other applicable regulations,
- obtain authorizations and legal bases for data processing,
- be responsible for event content, communications and logistics.
4. Payments, collection, disbursements and risk holds
When the Organizer collects payments from attendees through the platform:
- payments are processed through external gateway(s) or provider(s),
- Peewah may carry out disbursement to the Organizer according to the plan and commercial conditions.
Standard disbursement term: within 10 business days after the Organizer's request (or as agreed commercially).
Preventive / anti-fraud hold
Peewah may temporarily hold funds where there are reasonable indications of: fraud or unusual activity, multiple attendee claims, chargeback risk, requirements from authorities, or Organizer breaches of these T&C.
The hold will remain until the risk is reasonably clarified. This is a protective measure for the ecosystem and for compliance.
5. Refunds and cancellations
The Organizer is solely responsible for defining its policy, communicating it in a timely manner, executing refunds and handling attendee disputes.
Where the Organizer authorizes it, Peewah may facilitate the technical refund process, without assuming any obligation to refund from its own funds.
If Peewah is affected by refunds, chargebacks or claims, the Organizer will indemnify Peewah for damages caused by facts attributable to the Organizer.
6. Intellectual property and restrictions
Peewah's software, brand and components are its property. The following are prohibited: reverse engineering, copying, resale or sublicensing, and mass data extraction beyond what is permitted.
7. Prohibited content, conduct and suspension
The Organizer may not publish or manage events with content that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, extremely violent, that infringes third-party rights, or that promotes scams or prohibited activities.
Peewah may suspend or take down events/accounts and/or stop collection if there is legal or reputational risk, violations of these T&C, or well-founded suspicion of fraud.
8. Personal data processing (roles)
In general, the Organizer acts as Controller of attendee data. Peewah acts as Processor, processing data to provide the service and following the Organizer's instructions, except for Peewah's own data (account, support, billing, security).
The Organizer warrants that it holds the authorizations, notices and legal bases required to use the data.
9. Availability, support and third parties
Peewah will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to external causes (internet, third parties, force majeure).
Support is provided according to the Support Policy published by Peewah.
Third-party integrations (gateways, email, analytics) are governed by their own terms. Peewah is not liable for third-party failures outside its control.
10. Limitation of liability
Peewah's total liability toward the Organizer is limited, in any case, to the amount actually paid by the Organizer to Peewah during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Peewah will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
11. Indemnity
The Organizer undertakes to hold Peewah harmless against claims, penalties, fines or lawsuits arising from: the event and its execution; the Organizer's content, advertising or communications; the Organizer's breaches (consumer, data, intellectual property); and refunds/chargebacks attributable to the Organizer.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
The parties will attempt a direct settlement.
Failing that, any dispute will be resolved by arbitration before the Cali Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with Colombian law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
